*To be eligible to participate in the Reactivation Incentive Program you must abide by these “Terms” and be a registered user of apartmentlist.com. In order to receive a Reactivation Incentive, you must: (i) satisfy the criteria for being a reactivated user of apartmentlist.com; (ii) contact or request a tour of a verified property through apartmentlist.com or the Apartment List app before contacting such property through any other means; and (iii) move in to the verified property in item (ii) within 90 days of the date of your incentive email. Once all of these requirements are met, you will qualify to receive a Reactivation Incentive - which may be fulfilled in various forms as Apartment List’s sole discretion, including, but not limited to in the form of a gift card (and may be subject to issuer’s terms and conditions).

You may only participate in the Reactivation Incentive Program in good faith and in compliance with these Terms, the law and the Apartment List Terms of Use . You may not create multiple, duplicate or fake profiles or encourage others to do the same. You may not “spam” people or properties. Apartment List retains the right to terminate this Reactivation Incentive Program at any time at its sole discretion.
