Stronger Together
Dear Clearview Families,
At Clearview, this week was fun-filled! Students showcased their talents in many ways including the Jungle Book production, the Second Grade Musical, and Field Day. Thank you to those who joined us for these special events. Thank you, as well, to the many volunteers. Without your support, each of these things and more would not be possible.
Have a wonderful weekend,
Stephanie Almquist Joshua Redford Rachel Charlton

End-of-Year Medication Disposal Guidelines
All medications currently in the Health Room must be picked up by parents by June 11 at 1:30 PM. The parent or guardian must transport medications to and from school. Medicine not picked up by June 11 at 1:30 PM will be discarded.
An FCPS authorization form is required for any medicine kept at school and a new form is needed for each school year. Forms may be obtained from the school or on the FCPS School Health Services webpage. For additional information, call our School Health Aide, Stephanie Andrade, at 703-708-6010 or Public Health Nurse, Shannon Mansfield, at 571-373-0922.
 GrandInvolve
The GrandInvolve program supports education through in-classroom volunteering and building intergenerational relationships between our younger and older community members.
Clearview is fortunate to have several GrandInvolve volunteers.
If you or someone you know are interested in supporting Clearview’s partnership with Grandinvolve please contact Gaby Romoleroux in the main office.
Summer Learning Resources
To support continued student learning over the summer, FCPS has created a Summer Learning Resources Webpage for families of students currently in Grades K–6. The webpage includes optional, grade-level digital activities in Language Arts, Math, Science, and Social Studies that align with what students have learned during the school year. These resources are designed to be flexible, engaging, and easy for families to use at home.
These resources are available to students and families throughout the summer and use familiar tools such as Science A-Z, Pebble Go, Gizmos, Newsela, MyOn, Britannica Elementary, ST Math, and Benchmark Universe.
