Dear Bailey’s Families,

It’s finally starting to feel like summer! As we head into our final days of the school year, this is a reminder that next Wednesday, June 11, is the last day of school and all students will be dismissed early at 1:45 PM.

We’ve had a wonderful school year, and it has been a true joy to partner with our families and school community along the way. Thank you for your ongoing support and for being such an important part of Bailey’s!

This week was full of excitement. Our 1st graders hosted their annual Market Day today, and it was a great success! We also celebrated a very special milestone—our beloved office assistant, Ms. Joyce Sisk, is retiring after an incredible 50 years of service to Bailey’s. We will certainly miss her and are so thankful for all she has contributed to our school.

Looking ahead to next week, we are excited that Ms. Jillian Bell, Assistant Principal, will be returning to Bailey’s to close out the school year. She has been serving as an Assistant Principal at Mason Crest ES this spring, and we are thrilled that she will finish the year with our staff and students.

We are also looking forward to two special end-of-year celebrations. On Monday, June 9 at 2:15 PM, we will host our 2nd Grade Moving Up Celebration on the soccer field. We will miss our 2nd graders as they move on from Bailey’s Primary next year! On Tuesday, June 10 at 2:45 PM, we will hold our Kindergarten Parade and Celebration, also on the soccer field. We are so proud of our students’ growth and accomplishments this year.

Moving Up and Moving On! End-of-Year Celebrations for 2nd Grade and Kindergarten

We’re excited to announce the dates and times for our upcoming end-of-year celebrations!

Our 2nd Grade Moving Up Celebration will take place on Monday, June 9 at 2:15 PM on the soccer field. We’ll come together to celebrate all they’ve accomplished—and send them off with love as they head to 3rd grade!

Our Kindergarten Parade and Celebration will be on Tuesday, June 10 at 2:45 PM, also on the soccer field. We’re so proud of our kindergartners and all they’ve achieved as they prepare for 1st grade.
